Unable to Change Transaction date on an Open Period

Hi Community,

We encountered an error when updating the date of a transaction in an open period. Basically, the transaction date was on a closed period but posting period is still open. User wants to update the transaction date to match the current open period but got prompted with the attached error. How can we bypass this? We have allowed "Allow Transaction Date Outside of Posting Period", but still got the error. Appreciate your input, thanks!
