How to to update multiple address records on multiple customers?

Hello Everyone,


I have been trying but sadly unsuccessfully to update multiple address records on multiple customers.

When I upload the CSV file, it says successful, but when I check the data, it has added new address records instead of updating the current records.

I am linking the customer Internal ID and Address internal ID and updating 2 new fields that I added to the address record. Weirdly sometimes it will update some of the current address records on a customer and then start creating new address record for others.

Can anyone suggest where I might be going wrong?
