Modify Advanced Manufacturing Traveler

Hello,

I am trying to add a few fields to the Advanced Manufacturing Traveler. I followed the suite answer ID 1013596. I also made changes to the traveler preferences. However, I was unsuccessful.

If anyone could help me with this, that would be great.
