NSWMS Error Message: Please enter value(s) for: Adjustment Location

When trying to create inventory we enter the item, enter the quantity then enter the bin. When we enter the bin we get the error message

Please enter value(s) for: Adjustment Location

The bin is set to this location, the item is set to this location, they are the same, not sure why this is occurring.
