Entering a Canadian sales order says the tax code needs to be entered
We have Nexus set up for Candian orders. NetSuite should calculate the tax based on the Ship Address Provance.
When I enter an order, it does calculate it correctly. However, when another user enters an order, it says the tax code needs to be entered.
Strange thing is for me the Tax Code and Tax Rate line fields are visible. And they populate automatically. But for the other user they are not. I suspect that is why the tax code is not being calculated for that user.
Me and the other user are using the same role. So not a rights problem.
