What is "Error in Certification Data"?

I'm encountering an issue when trying to issue a Credit Note in NetSuite. The system shows the following message: "Error in Certification Data".
I'm currently using the default template that comes with the system and haven't made any custom modifications to it.

Does anyone know what might be causing this error? Could it be related to the default template or something else in the configuration?
