workflow send email action multiple recipients employee record no email
Dear NS guru,
Could you please assist in the following concern?
I set up a send email action (workflow in Sandbox) to send an email to multiple recipients.
I separated the recipients by comma - without a white space.
Based on a workflow log the send email action was executed but when viewing the individual employee records - no email was sent.
I know it is only Sandbox and no emails get physically sent per se but other send email actions (when there is a single recipient or dynamic recipient) are displayed as sent on the employee records.
