CSV Import to assign Contact Roles clears values of Contact Custom Fields
I have a current case open where I am arguing with support. I have 4 custom checkbox fields on my contact records.
When I import the Contact Roles using the 3 column import per Suiteanswers of:
Customer Internal ID/Contact Internal ID/Role
The import clears the values in my 4 custom contact fields - I am being told this is native NetSuite behavior.
Will someone from NetSuite please confirm if it is expected that all custom contact fields are set to <null> when assigning a role to the contact via CSV please?
This cannot be native behavior………
