Warranty expiration date

Hi,
Using Warranty and Repairs Management
I want to add manual registration for old sales where the warranty has expired but we want a record of when it was expired.


So when I create a manual warranty registration for which warranty expiry date is in past, I get the following error: "Warranty Expiration date must be later than the current date." which is already documented.

But is there any way for a workaround?
