I have something making tasks - but what?

I have something on my system that is looking at customer orders and if they are not fulfilled quickly it sets a task for a salesman to investigate. The issue is the salesman has left the company and I cannot work out what is creating the task. if I look at system information on the task it says "Set by: -system-" and "Context: Scheduled Workflow" but if I look at workflow history there isn't any.

How can I find out what is creating these tasks. I know it was something I did a long time ago but I need to assign the tasks to a different salesman.
