Multicolumn Balance Sheet Timing Out

Hi team,

Customer is trying to pull a multicolumn balance sheet however its timing out due to the large amount of data/lines.

Are there other alternatives we can pull a report from Netsuite for scenarios like this one.

or Is there a way to pull the report.

Could you point me to documentation that would pull it in one go.
