Why are bill exception after approved still stuck in Pending Approval stage?
Hi,
We are using 3-way match workflow. When a bill exception is approved by the next approver, it is still stuck in Pending Approval. In the entire company, it seems only 1 colleague is able to approve the bill exception. I tried to approve the bill with bill exception with my administrator role, the bill is also stuck in pending approval. Please help. Logged a case with NetSuite Support, it has been a few days, they got back saying they need to get another team to check, no response yet till now.
