CSV Import Error

Hi team,

Encountered the error bellow when importing CSV for vendor bill. I found SA 70422, but Character Encoding is already Western (Windows 1252) and still got the error

Error:
Character error on Line# 1,665 Column# 5 (Byte # 337,948). 12. â >>>�<<< 7/2025 SDD
