Items having on hand quantity but with zero available

Hi,

We are using lot numbered items and we have observed there are many lots showing quantity on hand whereas the available quantity is zero.

Can someone please advise on how we can remove this quantity from on hand, because inventory adjustment also these lots are not available for selection.
