How to Recalculate Operation Dates on Late Work Orders

We have work orders with outdated operation start and end dates. For example, operation 10 is complete, but operation 20 hasn’t started - its start date is April 4 (which is in the past). How can we recalculate and update these dates to reflect the current schedule?

FYI We are not using Advanced Manufacturing.
