Not able to create NSAW instance

Hi all,

We got an issue when creating a NSAW instance in the Netsuite.

We have already followed the instruction in this doc, we have checked the user has inputted first name and last name, also granted with the Admin and Data integrator role in Netsuite, but still no luck after several attempt.

May I know is anyone got the same issue before? Thanks in advance!
