[FAM Lease Record] Unable to modify Payment Amount after the Lease is capitalized

Hi Gurus,

I have a scenario where needed to modify the Payment Amount for a lease record in the middle of the months, but i am not able to find a way to do that. Below is the scenarios and steps:

  1. Assumption:
    1. Payment Amount: $100000
    2. Lease Term: 6
  2. Initial Payment Schedule:
    1. January: $10000
    2. February: $10000
    3. March: $10000
    4. April: $10000
    5. May: $10000
    6. June: $10000
  3. Assuming payment has made + interest rate has recorded and paid until March.
  4. Landlord message me and said "Due to some reason, start from April, we will need to increase the rental rate to $12000".
  5. The new Payment Schedule should now become:
    1. January: $10000
    2. February: $10000
    3. March: $10000
    4. April: $12000
    5. May: $12000
