Multiple Country of Origin

Hello, we have a sku in our system and there are multiple country of origins. For example, all the same sku, we receive some from our US vendor and some from our vendor in China (same location which is our main warehouse). Is there a way to have multiple Country of Origin's on the same item record and for that to populate on item receipts?
