Can't modify the lease payment via lease modification

I have a 12 months lease with 0 payment for the first 3 months, and 500 for the remaining months. Now I want to modify the lease and change the amount to 560 for the remaining months. When I'm trying to modify the lease, I got the error:

1/2: Deactivate Payments INVALID_DATA: You must enter at least one payment with an amount that is greater than zero.
