Error on WO release when the start date is the same date as the effective date of a new BOM

NetSuite won't let me release a WO when the start date is the same date as the effective date of a new BOM. When I use the Mass Create Function, it raises an error. This is happening more frequently, and moving the start date is not ideal because it messes with the schedule.
