Employee Center role cannot access to customer records

Hello NetSuite Guru,

I tried to access to customer record when I used the Employee Center role but NetSuite showed this error.

Following SuiteAnswer 80333, I do not see Employee Restrictions check box in Employee Center role

Here is the Employee Center role.

Please let me know how to view customers in Employee Center role.
