How to cancel Transfer Order remaining quantity

Hi,

How can I cancel the remaining quantity on TO?

For example, Transfer Order quantity is 100 PCS, from Warehouse A to Warehouse B. Warehouse A fulfills 100 PCS, IF quantity is 100. When Warehouse B receive the TO, they check the inventory, there are only 80 PCS, 20 PCS are left in Warehouse A, and they will be transfered in another shipment.

Instead of correcting the quantity on TO and IF, is it possible to cancel the 20 PCS on TO, so that the 20 PCS will go back to Warehouse A?
