CSV upload of contacts (Not Leads at this stage)
Hello there, not my area of expertise so just a general query, we have a new starter who is going to be generating Sales opps for us, they have a large database of contacts, and were asking if in the first instance it would be possible to simply add as a set of contacts with basic info (contact name, company name, email and phone), via a CSV import, without them necessarily going on the system as Leads, from what i can see this is possible, but would we then be able to convert say one individual contact to
