Automated schedule to send the monthly reports not updated

Hi All

Our client has configured the automated schedule to send the monthly reports back in Aug/Sept 2024 for the group BS & PL.

However, the default monthly reports sent always stick back on the month of they configured the automated schedule and it doesn't continue updating the latest monthly report to send over. 

Please advise how to automated schedule send monthly reports and ensure it will be updated with the latest reports? 

Eg. Configure the monthly report of March 2025 schedule send on a daily basis. Once it reaches the new calendar month, the monthly report will automatically send the April 2025 report in the calendar month of May 2025.
