Not able to create item fulfillment for an item which has available inventory for particular locatio
Hello,
I’m facing an issue after enabling the Inventory Status feature in our account.
While creating an Item Fulfillment against a Sales Order for a particular item and location, we do have available inventory at that location. However, when I open the Inventory Detail subrecord on the fulfillment line to select the status and quantity, no inventory status is being populated.
I’ve verified the item record, and under the Inventory Detail subtab, I can see the On Hand quantity. The Purchasing/Inventory subtab also confirms available inventory for that location.
Could someone help me identify why the inventory status is not appearing during fulfillment?
