System Email Template not giving link to customer.

Hi everyone,

I have a system email template that lets a user know once we have given them access to their account on the webstore.

This uses a link, placed on a button as shown in the image

In testing this link works internally for us. But I'm being told that for customers receiving these emails there is no link. Why might this be?
