How to move fields from "Body" to Header or footer in Picking Ticket pdf layout and its custom form?

Hello NS experts.

On picking the ticket PDF template, I have a button to move elements between tabs, but its functionality is limited to moving body fields within the body section.

How can I move up a field from the body section to the very top of the Header?

We use custom forms, custom HTML/PDF templates and layout.
