Saudi Arabia ZATCA E-Document Package : issue with "Customer E-Document Email Recipient"
Hi all
i am wondering why the "Customer E-Document Email Recipient" "Contact * " is mandatory and throwing below error when 'Save'. We do not want to send E-document through email and we do not have customer contact email. that why we want to leave "Contact *" field blank
the error is "There are no e-document recipients for this customer. To send electronic documents by email to this customer, at least one contact must be added to the list of e-document recipients."
