How do I send mass emails with attached PDF to customers?

How do I send mass emails with attached PDF to customers while simultaneously creating individual sales order records?

I'm looking for new ideas to an antiquated SOP where we manually create a $0 sales order to create a record, then going into the cash sales/invoice to manually send the PDF to that specific customer.

Multiply this by 300 every week, and I'm ready to pull my hair out. This is not feasible and my boss says I MUST DO IT THIS WAY or I will be written up.
