Could you please help me understand the security measures in place for customer replies to NetSuite support case module, particularly when file attachments are involved? For example, if a customer responds with an attachment, how does NetSuite protect against potential viruses or cybersecurity threats?

We would like to gain a clearer understanding of the safeguards NetSuite has implemented in this area.
