Issue in auto lot assignment in SO

Hi Team,

We are using FEFO suiteapp and lot numbered inventory items. now while doing the assign & fulfil in SO we are facing this error in SO.

For some of the items we have observed the on hand quantity is in decimal figures only (example:0.00000004),

But in Sandbox, the system is able to assign the lot even if there are decimal figures available.

Can somebody please advise us as to which features our production account does not allow us to use this decimal inventory.
