Struggling with a Saved Project Task Search with an IF/THEN formula and RIGHT variable

I have an Excel file that I'm trying to replace with a NetSuite Saved Search. 

One of my Excel formulas is:

=IF(RIGHT(F22,9)="Retainage",W22,0)

Where:

F22 is a Project Task Name field downloaded from NetSuite

W22 is a Estimated Cost field downloaded from NetSuite

I am attempting to write a NetSuite formula to use in a new Result column in a Saved Search

CASE WHEN RIGHT({Name}, 9) = 'retainage' THEN {Estimated Cost} ELSE 0 END

This results in a NetSuite error message with no details that says:

Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.
