Sales Report that shows the 2nd last order date

I have created a saved sales report with the following fields: Company, First Sales Date, Last Sales Date - the field I cannot find is the 2nd last sales order date.

I need this to work out my sales commissions but I cannot do it without the 2nd last sales order date field.
