Add Access tab to a vendor customized form

Hello all,

We have a vendor that needs to have Access to Netsuite, and use one of our role/permissions in our systems.

I gave access to Vendors Access features:

Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence > Vendor Access box

But I do not success to add the 'Access' tab on a customized vendor form that we have created.

Can you please provide the step to do so?

Note: I was able to add the access under System Information tab, but I would like a dedicated tab for 'Access'
