Post vendor bill variance - show amount that is going to be posted?

edited Aug 12, 2025 5:53PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hello,

We have the Post vendor bill variance page, but on the entries that you get in this screen, you can't see what the amount is going to be that will be posted when you click on the button "Create Journal Entries". We would like to see the impact (if possible via a saved search or report) before we actually create the Journal Entry and see the impact before the actual creation of the Journal Entry.

Is there a way to add a column to this screen to show the amount per line that is going to be posted, or is there a saved search that can give us the amount per PO-line that will be posted once we click "Create Journal Entries"?

Howdy, Stranger!
