Repairs
Hi All,
We have a fleet of machines that we need to maintain with both scheduled maintenance and on demand repairs
I have a parts list from suppliers (8000 items)
My question or objective is to have a list of these in NS (allocated to R&M) whereby the purchaser can enter the part number on a Purchase Order and it will pull the description and priced from the list.
I want the list to be unique to the role not the standard default non inventory item list available to everyone else that purchases normal items for expense.
Similarly the user using this "parts" list has no overlap of codes available that a standard user would have.
