My email field on SOs is getting 2 validation messages and getting stuck in a loop.
Hi all,
On my Sales Order, if I enter an invalid email I get 2 alert messages which on occasion causes a feedback loop and the user can't navigate out of it. I'm sure one of these is built into NetSuite/The Field Validation, but where is the other one so I can disable it?
Here are the two alert messages:
This popup will continue to appear if you try to click out of the field unless you change the email.
This second one only appears the once and only if the field has changed.
The first one is the one that continues to appear without giving you an option to fix the email, getting the user stuck in a loop and having to redo the order.
