Issue on opening basic support cases
Hello all,
We have encountered an issue with opening Basic Support cases.
We are using the SuiteAnswers - Contact Support and then click on the Create Support Case as usual.
Following we fill the problem description, complete the relevant questions and the appropriate fields as necessary, and then submit the case. A message appears that is successfully created.
The issue is that following this procedure, the case is never created and we need to repeat the procedure multiple times in order for a case to be finally created in NetSuite.
Can you please help us on this.
