Help on workflow for Invoice Created from Assess Finance Charge
I need to set a field value in the Communications tab - Messages - to be Emailed - email during the creation of Invoice from assess finance charges (Transactions - Customers - Assess Finance Charges).
I tried different event types and trigger on but it does not seem to work. I removed the condition to see if the value is set, but still no luck. Is this possible? I tried the SuiteScript afterSubmit and it did not work as well. What is the best solution for this? I appreciate any help. Thank you!
