Some of our customers pay their invoices online. However, we don't receive notifications?
Oftentimes, our customers pay their invoices online. It's great except when the customer does pay their invoices online, we don't know about it. There are no notifications, and we're just waiting to hear from the customer when they're actually going to pay.
There were multiple instances where the customer paid weeks in advance. We only knew about it because the customer had called and asked where their package was.
This should never happen, but it does. All. The. Time.
How do we receive notification that the customer paid their invoices online so that we can ship their packages on time?
