Cannot check Revalue Open Balance For Foreign Currency Transactions in a Bank Account

Hi gurus, I would like to ask why I am getting this error:

I am trying to check the Revalue Open Balance For Foreign Currency Transactions and when I save it I will get the error above.

The other bank accounts in the same subsidiary have already been checked, so I'm not sure what the problem is. By the way, the subsidiary's currency is USD.

This was also been changed in the past.
