Suite Answer 64676 - Optional Sender Email Address

Hi All

I tested Suite Answer 64676 and managed received Email though encounter error typing in Customize Message From when I type in a Valid Email Address?

Please help guide me how to input correctly though it works without typing anything here? What is the Name Email Address format mean?
