Query on FEFO process
Hi,
We are using FEFO lot assignments.
We want to know if there is a way to configure the system to release/deallocate the sales order’s allocated quantity back to available quantity if the sales order not shipped after x number of days?
Currently we are using manually closing the sales order line item or closing the entire order, but it is a time-consuming process.
- We are handling a huge volume of sales orders on a daily basis. We have an average of about 320 sales orders per day, while each sales order consists of 200+ line items on average.
- Users may forget or delay the closing of partially shipped sales orders.
