Emails sent via a scheduled saved search are not registered in the Communication tab.
Hello all,
In the 'Recipients from Results' tab, I've added a transaction field that refers to the employee record. Once the email has been triggered, it is not registered in either the communication subtab on a transaction record or on the employee record. However, I can find the particular email in 'Email sent'. Could these emails be recorded in the communication record of the relevant records? Thank you.
