Service Item Unit Cost on Assembly Build

Hi gurus, we want to know where Netsuite got the 4.49 unit cost for this service item in this specific assembly build.

In the purchasing tab, the price is listed as 5.64.

Is there a report or any way we can trace how Netsuite arrived at that amount?
