Custom Segment - Filtered by and Transaction Line Distribution Error

Hi Team,

We are filtering a custom segment based on the Class selected on the Line level.

We also have Transaction Line Distribution where we ticked the "Distribution Template Line" on the Custom Record type.

It is causing an error and it looks like both cannot co-exist. Is this a system limitation or is there a way to make both functionalities work?
