Custom Field Disappearing on Item Page
Hi everyone,
We recently encountered an issue where a custom field on the Item page seemed to disappear a few seconds after the page loaded but this occurred only for one specific user and role. Other users with the same role did not experience the problem, and the field displayed correctly under different roles.
Solution
The custom field wasn’t actually disappearing it was shifting to the far right side of the screen after the page finished loading. When zooming out, the field became visible again, confirming it was a layout issue rather than a visibility setting.
