Intercompany Vendor - Impact to the Report

Hello Gurus,

We started using the intercompany transactions due to which we ended up creating the intercompany vendor in the system. The vendors are appearing on the transactions reports including the again report.

Is there a way to fix this issue? Is there any best practice to set this process?
