Why would stock commit after the allocation period is missed?

HI

I have an allocation strategy with the following allocation period window:

The supply required by date is 05/06/2025 for the item 'Kangaroo with Joey':

The item receipt doesn't arrive till 31/07/2025

Why would this result in the items being fully committed to the sales order when this is outside of the allocation period?
