Saved Search - Available Filter Prefix

I have a custom record with a standard project field. Now when I create a saved search on the custom record and use Project's subsidiary as available filter, in the url the parameter is shown as BZK_Entity_SUBSIDIARY.

From where does this BZK_ prefix is coming from, and its different in other NetSuite accounts where I have the same custom record?
